When developing complex products and systems, the requirements management (RM) is of growing importance. Therefore, our customers make more and more use of experience acquired in this field.
In a first step, using RM processes we ensure the highest possible degree of joint understanding between the customer and the contractor. The optimum solution is therefore ensured already at the early stages of the development process, and the documents required for the further development process are created. The documents are distinguished by clear and unambiguous formulations to avoid later misunderstandings and development failures as far as possible. For RM, we use methods of requirements specifications, requirements analyses, requirements modelling and requirements reviews.
We have many years of experience in international project business and knows what counts in global division of labour: complete documentations, traceability, consistency, completeness and testability.
Customer requirements and specifications are consistently implemented, whether requirements are drawn up according to Automotive Spice (ISO/IEC 15504), ISO 26262 or ISO/ICE 12207 standards. The same applies to tools/software (e.g. Doors) used and the formats to be documented.
We, of course, monitor and supervise the processes even during the development phase and ensure the updating of documents and documentations including their traceability, create test cases or carry out system tests, also against specifications of work and services.
